Baby Gage and Chandaliers
This one is my latest, very latest, finished it last night to be exact. The picture isn't the best, but you get the idea. It has Gage's monogram and his parents, Jordie and Jamie's, cattle brands. They had the idea for the star, I just put it on the canvas.
These two go together to make a chandalier.
Stepping Stools for little feet!!
I did these for a friend with lots of nieces and nephews. I added dates of birth and initials on the sides, each one made to match their rooms or their tastes (camo or sports for example).
Not So New Art!
This is a canvas for little Lily that matches her nursery decor, including the mural of the bunny on her wall.
This one if for little Miss Shaffer. I haven't met her yet, but pictures prove that she is just as adorable as can be! I was lucky enough to get fabric swatches from the nursery on this one, so I was able to match the colors perfectly.
New Framed Mini Collages
These new little collages are super fun and can go just about anywhere. They can have quotes, Bible verses, or your own personal sentiment. This first one I did for Gage Marshall Bailey, coming soon. :) I used the Bible verse, "Every good and perfect gift comes from above." I was lucky enough to see the bedding so I was able to use colors of fabric and paper that I knew would coordinate. I even stamped his initials on a piece of leather in the bottom corner, cowboy chic!
I did the second one for my mom for her birthday. I picked a classic quote and added a personal sentiment. "More than words" is something we've said to each other for years. Most of you have probably heard the song by Extreme, circa 1991, it's a classic and a personal favorite. I used fabric from items I had lying around, so most of it is from something I've owned. There's also a piece of fabric from a quilt my mom's grandmother made. Sentimental value just pouring out of this one, makes it extra special!
These are fun and can be personalized, which in my opinion always makes a gift just that much more special.
Home Decor
These two were done for an entry way. The wall is chocolate, so I picked my other colors based on that. I like the boxes, I think the design is interesting and fun, yet still simple and not too overwhelming. This picture was taken in my living room. When I'm able to get a picture of them where they now hang, I will post that as well!
Madilyn Belle Byers
These are pictures of things I've done for my niece Maddie. She will be turning three in December, so most of this stuff was done over the last few years. The first one is a stepping stool, it's pretty simple, says "Princess" on one side and has her initials on the other.
The second picture is of a canvas. I added ribbon so it could be used as a picture frame and a decoration, artsy and funcitonal! :)
